Every Tuesday and Wednesday at 2:00 and 2:30 you can find great fitness programs taking place in our studio room.

With Zumbatomic, yoga stretching, cardio shapes and Excer-dice kids will get all their energy out, have a blast, and never know they were getting in shape at the same time!

It's so much fun your going to be asking where the grownups can sign up., and to that our answer will be right up stairs at universal Health & Fitness!

We always strive for the highest quality of care by having at least one staff member for every thirteen children. Each member of our staff brings a special quality and experience to our program. They receive ongoing training through out the year and are First Aid and CPR certified.

Spanish With Dora & Diego

On Fridays at 2:00pm and 2:30pm Dora & Diego stop by together or separate and teach the young children some basic words in Spanish. With Dora & Diego learning a second language just became more exciting!
